1. No Entry Fee
At Kreafe, you don’t pay an entrance fee. You only pay for the activities and materials you choose to engage in.
2. Payment
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Payment is made at the start of the activity via MobilePay or credit card.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refund is given for cancellations made later.
4. Liability
Kreafe is not responsible for personal belongings that are damaged or lost during your visit.
5. Changes
Kreafe reserves the right to change prices, opening hours, and activities without prior notice.
The finished item must be fired in our pottery kiln. The kiln is turned on whenthere are 10 or more items.
When you pay, you will receive a number on your pottery. You must bring itwith you to receive the finished pottery. We only hand over what is noted onthe copy of the number.
If you are unable to collect your items, we will ship for 49 DKK per piece inDenmark and 99 DKK per piece abroad. We pack the pottery protected, but donot take responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping.
