Information about ceramics

We recommend that you take a picture of your painted pottery.

The finished pottery must be glazed and then fired in our pottery kiln. The kiln must reach 1010°,
and takes between 12 and 18 hours to cool down enough for us to empty it. The kiln is turned on
when there are 10 or more items*, or it is full.

⚱️ Pick up conditions

To receive the finished pottery, you must bring your number or your receipt. We only issue what is
noted on our copy.

An administration fee is charged on all shipments.

🚚 Shipping conditions

We ship ceramic pieces every Thursday throughout the year. The ceramics are carefully packaged;
however, we are not liable for damage during shipping.

How to care for your creations

🍶 Glass & Porcelain Painting

Make your designs last with this simple baking process:

Let the paint dry for at least 6 hours.
Place your item in a cold oven.
Turn the oven to 160°C.
Let it heat up completely and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let it cool down fully before removing your item.

✅ Now your design can even survive a dishwasher cycle!

🧵Textile Painting

Keep your colors bright and bold by following these steps:

Let the paint dry completely (preferably as long as possible).
Turn on your iron to the cotton setting.
Place a cloth or baking paper between your item and the iron.
Iron all painted areas for 5 minutes.
Your item is now ready to be used, loved, and washed again and again!

⚠️ Any areas you don’t iron may disappear when washed at 40°C.
